Unlike many condominiums with views of neighboring buildings or parking lots, these retreats feature private balconies with unobstructed views to the east and south, letting you take in the Atlantic, the coastline, and the calming rhythm of the beach.
Set along a peaceful no-drive stretch of the Atlantic, they invite you to slow down, enjoy the sound of the waves, and settle into the kind of beach stay that feels calm, comfortable, and easy from the moment you arrive.
The Seychelles building is tucked along a one-mile no-drive stretch of Daytona Beach Shores, giving guests a calmer beachfront experience while keeping shopping, dining, and entertainment just minutes away.
Here, the beach feels easier to enjoy: fewer vehicles, less noise, and more room to settle in with the ocean as the backdrop. It is an ideal setting for peaceful mornings, unhurried afternoons on the sand, and evenings spent listening to the waves instead of traffic or crowded beach activity.
Both of our 2-bedroom condos are designed to help guests enjoy a relaxed oceanfront stay, with stunning views, a large private balcony, spacious kitchens and bedrooms, access to the newly renovated community pool, picnic and barbecue area, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and private access to the quiet no-drive beach.

It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

“I recently stayed in Daytona Beach FL, and it was wonderful! The condo was cleaned from the cupboards to the baseboards. The master suite overlooks the beach and is the first thing you see in the morning. The second bedroom was spacious and had its own full bath. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of, there and ready for you to use! The kitchen is spacious and has the laundry room conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There was a wonderful welcome tray in the kitchen that offered snacks and drinks upon my arrival. I was pleasantly greeted with an area of beach necessities as soon as i entered the unit. They thought of everything! The view from the living room is nothing but sand and ocean! The balcony is the best place to be during sunrise and sunset! :)
I had easy access to the private beach directly behind of the building... On the way to the beach, I walked by the pool and a spacious outdoor venue. They provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and sunscreen to use on the beach, and that is where I stayed for the majority of the day. It was quiet, peaceful, and I felt like the beach was all mine!"
